WE DEMAND UNCOMPROMISED SAFETY PRACTICES FROM OUR EMPLOYEES AND OUR VENDORS WITHOUT EXCEPTION. AT HR CONSTRUCTION OUR MOTTO IS SIMPLE:

“SAFETY FIRST-NO EXCUSES”.

  1. All OSHA rules and regulations must be strictly followed and enforced.
  2. All visitors much check in with the jobsite superintendent.
  3. All personnel must wear hard hats while on the job site. 
  4. All personnel must be properly attired for work being performed in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.  Sleeved shirts must be worn at all times.  Sandals, tennis shoes, or other inadequate foot protection will not be allowed.  No short pants will be allowed. 
  5. The possession, and/or use of intoxicating beverages or controlled substances on the job site is prohibited. 
  6. Possessing firearms or explosives on the job site without proper authorization or other violation of any local, state or federal law on the job site is prohibited. 
  7. Subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that competent, trained personnel are operating its vehicles and equipment. 
  8. Project personnel may park personal vehicles only in areas designated by the HR Construction, Inc. superintendent. 
  9. Subcontractors are responsible for ensuring safe working conditions and for providing safe equipment, ladders, and fall protection for its employees. 
  10. The Subcontractor is required to attend all safety meetings held by HR Construction, Inc.  
  11. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas put forth by HR Construction, Inc.
  12. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP WASTE/DEBRIS RELATED TO THEIR WORK ON A CONSTANT AND DAILY BASIS AND FOR STORING THEIR MATERIALS IN AN ORDERLY MANNER.
